For software & SaaS vendors
Looking for a design partner? We'll volunteer.
RivalSweeper is a production ecommerce competitive-intelligence platform. We run daily workloads across LLMs, crawlers, agents, data pipelines, and marketing automation. If you're building something in that space, pitch us - we'll give you real usage, real feedback, and a real case study in return.
Pitch us as your design partnerIn one paragraph
RivalSweeper volunteers as a production design partner for software and SaaS vendors building LLM infrastructure, web crawling and rendering, agent frameworks, data tooling, or ecommerce intelligence. Vendors pitch RivalSweeper to co-build. In return for free or deeply discounted pilot access over a 60-120 day window, RivalSweeper offers daily production usage, a weekly working session with the founder/CTO, Slack feedback between sessions, a written case study, LinkedIn amplification, and a reference-customer commitment if the pilot succeeds. No lock-in; either side can end the partnership with a week's notice.
Where we're a strong design partner
Each of these is a real production workload at RivalSweeper today, not a wishlist. If your product touches one of them, you can prove value on real data in weeks.
LLM orchestration & cost control
We run multi-model workloads (Claude, OpenAI, open-weights) across daily reports, AI visibility scoring, agent-readiness grading, and 20+ async pipelines. Prompt mgmt, eval harnesses, routing, caching, token budgeting - all live problems.
Web crawling, rendering & anti-bot
Headless rendering, residential/datacenter proxy rotation, Cloudflare/anti-bot handling, image diffing, screenshot capture at scale. We crawl hundreds of ecommerce brands daily and welcome co-build on reliability and cost.
Agent frameworks & computer-use
Autonomous research agents, MCP servers, browser-automation agents, shopper-question grounding. We ship MCP endpoints and run agent workflows in production.
Data infra & observability
Postgres + MSSQL, S3-compatible object storage, Hangfire job orchestration, Loki/Grafana. Pitches for cheaper/faster/safer alternatives are welcome - bring numbers.
Marketing & GTM tooling
Outbound sequencing, deliverability monitoring, HubSpot adjacency, LinkedIn automation guardrails, lead enrichment. We send real volume and track real reply/bounce metrics.
Product-feed & commerce intelligence
Catalog diffing, price history, promo detection, review sentiment, embedding search across SKUs. If your product improves any of those loops, you can prove it on real retailers in weeks.
What you get
- ✓A real, production design partner - not a sandbox. Daily usage, real data volumes, real failure modes.
- ✓Weekly 30-min working session with the founder/CTO. Technical pushback, not polite feedback.
- ✓A dedicated Slack or shared channel for async signal between sessions.
- ✓Written case study and quote rights after a successful pilot (we've already published co-build stories).
- ✓LinkedIn amplification from the founder to a competitive-intelligence and ecommerce audience.
- ✓Logo usage on your site. Honest reference calls with prospects, when we're a real fit.
What we ask
- →Free or deeply discounted access during the design-partner window (typically 60-120 days).
- →A clear scope: what you want to validate, in writing, before we start.
- →Direct line to product/engineering - not a CS layer. We'll give you the same.
- →No lock-in. Either side can end the partnership with a week's notice.
- →A fair commercial path afterward - a locked rate, usage credit, or similar - so if it works, we both win.
How to prepare your pitch
The first call should be about trade-offs, not discovery. Do the work below before submitting the form. Pitches that skip these steps go to the bottom of the queue.
Pick the RivalSweeper workload you'd plug into
Name one specific pipeline, surface, or report (e.g. 'daily competitor price-change report', 'AI Visibility scoring', 'image diff on PDP captures'). Vague fit = no fit.
State the value hypothesis in one sentence
Example: 'We'll cut your LLM spend on daily reports by 40% at equal or better accuracy.' If you can't say it in one sentence with a number in it, you're not ready to pitch.
List 3 concrete use cases inside RivalSweeper
Three places inside our stack where your product would run. Not 3 features of your product - 3 of our use cases that your product would improve.
Compare: our current approach vs your solution
A side-by-side table. Left column: how RivalSweeper does this today, based on what you can see on this site, our blog, our MCP server, our GitHub, or any public source. Right column: how your solution changes that specific line. Metrics beat adjectives.
Name the integration surface
API, SDK, MCP, webhook, self-hosted, SaaS. Where it runs, what it touches, what secrets it needs, what data leaves our perimeter.
Define success in advance
Two or three metrics that, if hit at the end of the pilot, mean the partnership worked. Share your definition - we'll share ours.
The comparison exercise
This is the single most important part of your pitch. Fill out this table and attach it (or paste it into the message field). The left column is what you can observe about RivalSweeper from public sources. The right column is what changes with your product. Be specific. Be numeric.
| Dimension | RivalSweeper today | With your solution |
|---|---|---|
| Workload touched | e.g. Daily competitor price-change report | Which part your product runs |
| Current cost / latency / failure mode | Your best estimate from public info | Projected improvement, with units |
| Integration surface | What we expose today (MCP, API, etc.) | What you'd plug into / change |
| Data / secrets touched | What leaves our perimeter today | What leaves our perimeter with you |
| Success metric | Baseline you'd measure against | Target at end of pilot |
FAQ
Is RivalSweeper looking for design partners?
No - we are offering to BE a design partner for software and SaaS vendors building something we'd use. This page is for vendors to pitch us.
Who is a good fit?
Early-stage SaaS or infra vendors in LLM/AI, web crawling and rendering, agent frameworks, data infrastructure, marketing automation, or ecommerce intelligence. See the fit areas above.
What does RivalSweeper bring that a sandbox customer can't?
Production workloads, hundreds of daily jobs across real retailer sites, a founder/CTO who will actually look at your logs with you, and the ability to publish a credible case study with real metrics.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, mutual NDA on request before any sensitive technical review.
What happens after the pilot?
If it works, we commit to a locked rate or usage credit as a reference customer. If it doesn't, we end on good terms and share honest written feedback.
How do I pitch?
