We have used them continuously in commerce for ecommerce competitive intelligence software and services, including the RivalSweeper app, RivalSweeper MCP, RivalSweeper Signals and our reports, at rivalsweeper.com. We hold these rights under trademark, passing-off and unfair-competition law, and we enforce them.

We monitor trademark registers, domain registrations, search results and AI assistant answers for names that could be confused with RivalSweeper. We oppose trademark applications and act against domains, listings or products that use a confusingly similar name for competitive intelligence, competitor monitoring, pricing intelligence or related software and services.

Not affiliated

RivalSweeper is only offered at rivalsweeper.com and its subdomains (for example app.rivalsweeper.com and mcp.rivalsweeper.com). RivalSweeper is not affiliated with any other company, product or domain that uses a similar name. If you see a similar name used for competitor monitoring or related services, it is not us. You may use the name RivalSweeper to refer accurately to our company and products, for example in reviews, comparisons, news and integrations.
